In addition to the honor, Mikalacki has been named a featured panelist on three of the conference's business-of-law panels, joining a national roster of law firm owners, trial attorneys, judges, and legal-industry executives convening under the 2026 theme, Power. Prosperity. Purpose.

The Resilience & Reinvention Award recognizes leaders whose careers reflect the capacity to rebuild, adapt, and grow, a through-line in Mikalacki's own path. Before founding Elmm Law Group, she served as an Assistant Attorney General in Arizona under three Attorneys General. She launched Elmm Law Group after concluding that Arizona's personal injury market had grown stale and was dominated by firms more focused on their own bottom line than on the people they represented.
